When you wake up, I’m coming back from A.M cardio.
When you are deciding whether its going to be fruit loops or cap’t crunch, I’m measuring out oats, eggwhites and fishoils.
When you have finished deciding, I’m on meal #2.

When you go for lunch and wait in the drive thru lane, I’m opening my tupperware with fish, broccoli and sweet potato.
When you finish your coke, I’m opening another bottle of water.

When you are putting in time with the T.V., I’m putting in time with the iron.
When you’re poppin’ sweet tarts, I’m choking on BCAA’s.
When you’re at the bar buyin’ drinks, I’m prepping tomorrow’s meals.

When you go to bed, I eat one more meal.
When you wake up to turn the pillow, I wake up to take in more amino’s.

This is a lifestyle, NOT just some hobby.

Quick & Dirty Thursday Workout!

A. Burpees
B. Pushups
C. Jump Squats

This workout isn’t complicated, and most of you will be able to finish it in only about 10 minutes.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Directions: Do 10 Burpees, 10 pushups, 10 jump squats…. then 9 Burpees, 9 pushups, 9 jump squats… work your way down all the way to 1!
** Modify the moves as you need to.
CHALLENGE: Instead of 10, start at 15 (or 20) and work your way down to 1 (or as far as you can). You can also go all the way down to 1, then move back up the pyramid.
Ready? Set? GO!!
