- Prep some food for the next few days
- Work Abs
- Light Stretching
- Walking Dead Marathon!
- Try not to murder my family
- Hopefully still go out and have a girl’s night with Alison, Chandra, and Amanda :)
I plan to up my calorie intake somehow today. It’s a little stressful, but oh well. I’m honestly going to try not to exercise too much today and burn too many calories… I know that sounds dumb, but I’ve got to work on my metabolism. I should’ve noticed that it slowed down again, because I’m not hungry ever. :/ I went from being hungry 24/7, to forcing myself to eat which sucks.
Let’s hope today is a good one.
