Gonna get up in the morning and make a workout calendar, to make sure I get in at least 5 workouts this week.
Gonna attempt to prep my food ahead of time, to make sure I eat right.
I’m having a lot of issues lately.
I’ve been considering going back to Intermittent Fasting.
I’ve actually got avocado and peanut butter, so I have a couple of calorie and nutritionally dense foods to help fill in the gaps I was suffering from before, last time I did IF - I wasn’t able to eat enough. I was actually getting sick because I was cramming myself to try and meet my macros, or I would just say “Screw it” and be 300 - 400 calories under.
I don’t know, we’ll see how things are going tomorrow.
Let’s just hope this headache of mine goes away. I literally slept all day, and still had one. :-/
If it’s not better tomorrow, I guess I’m gonna make a doctor’s appointment. I have to get this lymph node checked out anyway…
