I’ve been looking up information on cutting diets?
You know, to cut bodyfat?
I’ve lost a lot of pounds, but I’m struggling to lose fat… Especially on my stomach. I have a big spare tire around my middle, even though my upper body (my chest and stuff) have thinned down quite a bit.
Belly rolls are not working for me, I look like I’m pregnant! Even my lower belly still has a hell of a pooch. Part of this is loose skin, but a lot of it is excess fat.
Does anybody know where I can read up on cutting diets and things like that? I’ve googled quite a bit, and all I find are cutting diet plans for males.. I don’t know if the same principal applies (so many calories from fats, carbs, protein, etc) or not.
If it does, I have a little plan wrote up already but I don’t know if it’ll work the same…

There’s no specific cutting diet plan to follow. You tweak it to what works for you. I suggest looking into carb cycling :) But typically “cutting” is more than just the diet - it’s the workout too! If you’re talking about the bulk/cut phase thing :)
